Return & Refund Policy

At Crazed Performance Repair LLC, we are a small, family-run operation dedicated to quality automotive service and specialized tools/kits. Because we are not a massive corporation that can absorb credit processing and handling losses, our return policy reflects the actual costs associated with processing returns.

Return Conditions & Fee Structure

Unused products in their original, undamaged state may be returned under the following terms:

  • Standard Processing Fee (All Returns): A 5% non-refundable fee (based on the total purchase price including shipping) will be deducted from your refund. This covers the original non-recoverable credit card transaction fees charged by our processor at checkout. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

  • Returns Within 30 Days: Eligible for a refund minus the 5% processing fee and original shipping.

  • Returns After 30 Days (Up to 60 Days): Subject to an additional 5% restocking fee (totaling a 10% fee deduction) to offset inventory holding, re-inspection, and material costs.

  • Large Parts Kits (e.g., AFM & DFM Delete Kits): Due to the extensive labor required to individually inspect every component in high-part-volume kits, these carry a mandatory minimum 10% fee (or a 15% fee if returned after 30 days).

  • After 60 Days: Standard refunds through our payment processor are no longer available. Depending on the item, we may offer to buy the kit back from you at 50% of the original purchase price. Contact us directly to discuss late return requests.

  • After 1 Year: We reserve the full right to accept or reject any return request.

Refund Processing Timeline

  1. Once your return is received at our facility, we inspect all parts for damage or wear. If items are used or damaged, lost value will be assessed at our discretion.

  2. Refund processing begins within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

  3. Once initiated, funds typically take 3–5 business days to settle back to your original payment method.

  1. Merchant Payment Processors: To authorize and capture credit/debit card transactions or handle refunds.

  2. Shipping Carriers: (USPS, UPS, FedEx) Strictly limited to your name and delivery address to deliver your physical shipment.

We do not share, lease, or transfer your data to external marketing companies, data brokers, or advertising networks.

  • Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Specialized kits, custom-fabricated tools, or high-volume orders may require additional processing or inspection time prior to dispatch.

  • Weather disruptions or carrier delays may occasionally impact transit times.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

  • We ship select items to international buyers (including Canada).

  • International buyers are strictly responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs clearance fees imposed by their respective destination country.

  2. Product Application & Technical Use: Customers are responsible for verifying correct part fitment, vehicle engine configuration, and installation procedures.

  3. Pricing & Availability: Prices, kit configurations, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service where necessary.

  4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA.
