So im trying to unstick 6 cyl lifter just like the video. I’m not getting the push rod to pop out. Used hammer and air hammer with no luck. Been banging for about 30 mins. Any more tips or tricks?

I plan on doing a AFM/DOD delete in the spring time when it warms up (live in MI) and i have 2 questions. First, how often do you guys find that your heads are warped when you remove them? Second, I keep finding mixed reviews on this subject, but I have a 2011 Avalanche with 5.3l LC9, my question is, is it worth it to put the 6.0 cam in or just stick with the 5.3l cam. Truck is a daily driver, I know the cam specs are actually pretty similar, just curious if there is any benefit. Thanks in advance.

What in the heck is this for, if I remember correctly it mounts on the driver side head wit the round part sticking up like its protecting you from the end of the fuel rail when it blows out.
