Did the lifter release on #1 intake lifter, worked perfect. After 4 or 5 hits with smaller I switched to a bigger hammer, 3 hits and the pushrod launched out. Installed CPR modified VLOM with no check engine lights during test drive. I can't say enough good things about the depth and quality of the information provided in the videos. Will be sending my core VLOM back this week.
