Disabling 4 cyl mode
On the front of the VLOM there are two plugins, one for oil pressure and the other must be for activating the 4 cyl mode. If that plug was disconnected would that disable the 4 cyl mode? Maybe it wouldn't need to be tuned out or use the OBD plugin disabler.

I should have mentioned. This is on a C7 and I have the VOLM mod done with your plug. I am using the OBD disabler for now,, I am going to send in the PCM for the reprogram soon.
I was laying in bed this morning thinking of this crazy engine and wondered what the effect would be to just unplug that connection.
