Return Policy
Unused products may be returned at any point. There is a transaction fee from the original purchase that will be removed from the refund You receive. This fee is 5% of total cost including shipping. Shipping will not be included in your refund. If your return is received after 30 days from the original purchase date, there will be a additional restocking fee of 5% the cost of goods refunded. The refund of your money will begin processing within 3 days after we have received and verified the product is unused and is undamaged. If any products are damaged, used, or otherwise not in the original condition/state, it will be at our best judgment to determine the lost value if any. Once refund has begun it typically takes 3-5 business days for you to receive the funds.
If for any reason a refund is requested after a full year from purchase we have the option to reject or accept the return all together.

Explanation of fee's
The 5% Fee applies to total cost because it covers the Original transaction fee we lose when purchases are made.
The Additional Restocking fee covers various other cost encountered with a return of product. This includes packaging, labels, paper, labor cost to restock, etc. The reason I only apply the restocking fee after 30 days is again for several reasons. It helps encourage a faster return, it helps me battle losses from inflation, by that time I have likely restocked the missing inventory and now it's extra unsold item. That last one is a big one for larger ticket items. There are a few more reasons but I will Leave it there. Hopefully this explanation helps some willing to read it understand the complications of purchases and why businesses sometimes need these fees. We are not a large corporation able to absorb these expenses. As a small family run operation I appreciate your business and understanding.
